MODEL INTERIORS/MANUFACTURER NO-CHARGE WARRANTIES
Model Interiors’ product protection:

Our commitment warrants that all products we sell to be free of manufacturer defects for one year from date of original purchase, regardless of any lesser manufacturer warranty. Under the guidelines below, and under normal household use, we will service any product that is deemed to be defective during this warranty period.

MANUFACTURERS' WARRANTIES:
Additionally, all our products are backed by the manufacturer for both workmanship and materials, subject to each manufacturer's stated conditions and limitations.

Model Interiors will honor all warranty claims for defective merchandise returned to our premises.  We will assume a one time cost of pick-up and delivery of defective merchandise if brought to our attention within 30 days of the initial delivery, and providing that the product was delivered by Model Interiors. 

Any merchandise requiring servicing under a warranty provision for any defects or damages, Model Interiors will at our sole discretion, repair the non-conforming merchandise, exchange it for an exact item, or in the event it is non-repairable and no longer available, offer an in-store credit in exchange for the return of the affected item.
